Extraction Process

The extraction process of Kiripaka artesian spring water is designed to maintain its natural purity and quality. The key to this process is its free-flowing nature.

Here’s how it works:

  • Natural Flow: Kiripaka water flows to the surface naturally, without the need for pumping. This occurs because the water is under pressure in an aquifer, a layer of water-bearing permeable rock, sand, or gravel.

  • Initial Filtration: Once the water emerges, it passes through two large filters. These filters remove any particulates and impurities, ensuring the water's natural minerals and beneficial properties are preserved.

  • UV Light Filtration: After the initial filtration, the water is subjected to a UV light filter. This step sterilizes the water, eliminating any potential microorganisms without the need for chemicals, thus maintaining its natural purity.

  • Holding Tank: Finally, the purified water is collected in a holding tank. This tank is designed to keep the water in its pristine state until it is ready to be bottled directly at the source.

By utilising this meticulous extraction process, Kiripaka ensures that every drop of its artesian spring water retains its natural purity and mineral-rich composition, offering customers the highest quality drinking experience.
